Draw weight
It is a standard test used by Korean coaches but should be repeated several times in quick succession. draw, hold 7 seconds, come down then repeat imediately.
as a guide:-
1-4 reps - poundage too heavy
5-8 reps - OK
8-10 reps - light
10+ reps - increase poundage
It can also be used during training as a routine fitness/strength test.

New to Archery

So I've taken up archery. We attended a "Newbie Night" Archery meet up from MeetUp.com and were hooked. We've got our first bow. I have an OMP adventure 2.0. 62" #20! I have Beaman ICS hunter Junior arrows with field points.

The guy at the Boorman Archery place where we bought our bows convinced us to shoot 3 under with no-glov finger savers. So that's my set up.
